Alfa Training International – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Alfa Training International (ATI), we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering scheduled training courses without disruption. ATI will only cancel or reschedule a class in the event of an unforeseen emergency, which may include but is not limited to family emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances beyond our control.
Student-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

If a student cancels or reschedules within 7 calendar days of their scheduled course, no refunds will be issued.

However, a course credit will be applied toward any future class within the same calendar year.

Course credits are non-transferable and must be used by the originally registered student.
Policy After Class Has Commenced

For both Initial and Refresher Trainings, if a student has completed more than 4 hours of class and chooses to leave or withdraw, ATI reserves the right to determine whether a course credit will be issued.

Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and training format.
